the staff were friendly and cute. the hotel surprised us with balloons, chocolates, and drinks upon check-in, a very kind gesture. the location provided good access to the cotswolds. on-site parking was convenient.

the staff was really friendly and helpful, from check-in to the bar service. my suite was spacious. i noticed it was clean and well kept. the gym had updated equipment, i appreciated that.
the shower in my suite had inconsistent water pressure. it made showering a little difficult.
