friendly staff welcome gesture good access convenient parking
the staff were friendly and cute. the hotel surprised us with balloons, chocolates, and drinks upon check-in, a very kind gesture. the location provided good access to the cotswolds. on-site parking was convenient.
i noticed the breakfast vegan options seemed somewhat limited.

friendly staff spacious suite updated equipment
the staff was really friendly and helpful, from check-in to the bar service. my suite was spacious. i noticed it was clean and well kept. the gym had updated equipment, i appreciated that.
the shower in my suite had inconsistent water pressure. it made showering a little difficult.

the suite had plenty of space, including a separate seating area and a large wardrobe. i found it to be well-lit with several windows, and the climate control system worked efficiently ensuring a comfortable temperature.

Acceptable stay with issues
The breakfast buffet had a very good coffee machine. It also featured a full cooked english breakfast.
The first thing I learned upon arrival was the parking cost £7 per day. I find this unacceptable.

wheelchair lift spacious room gluten-free option
i found the ground floor accessible with a wheelchair lift. it helped my relative move between the three levels there. my superior double room was spacious and the outdoor area by the bar was convenient. breakfast had gluten-free options available.
the parking was expensive, not ideal.
